El Centro de la Raza’s 13th Annual Cinco de Mayo Celebration will take place on Saturday, May 5th at Plaza Roberto Maestas in Beacon Hill. This event is free and open to the public. We expect at least 700 people to join us for a day of celebration and community-building!

El Centro de la Raza is a nonprofit organization that serves as a voice and a hub of the Latino community in Seattle. Our mission is to build unity across all racial and economic sectors, to organize, empower, and defend our most vulnerable and marginalized populations and to bring justice, dignity, equality, and freedom to all the peoples of the world.

Our Cinco de Mayo event features delicious foods, local vendors, resource booths, children’s activities and live music. Please help us make this special day possible! We depend on volunteers for event support in a number of roles and opportunities during the day.
