Not only is this content protected by U.S. and international copyright laws, but it is also the combined efforts of many talented people. Please don’t steal their work.
Flash Volunteer is designed to serve the needs of individuals and groups engaging in community improvement activities. Flash Volunteer reserves the right to remove users who engage in self-promotion or corporate promotion or any user engaged in purely for profit or destructive activities.
Flash Volunteer is only appropriate for people aged 16 years or older. We reserve the right to remove profiles appearing to belong to anyone under 16 years of age.
You will remain the sole rights holder to any content you post on Flash Volunteer. See the privacy statement for more information on how your information will be stored and what can be done with it. Flash Volunteer members may post personal information, reviews, comments, photos and other content as long as it is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, spam, commercial solicitation or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content. We will not regularly screen posted content, but please notify us of potentially inappropriate content at email@example.com.
You will retain the rights to the content you post and Flash Volunteer will not have the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute or translate your material. You are responsible for ensuring that the content is accurate, that it does not violate these terms and that it will not cause injury to any entity. Flash Volunteer takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content you have posted. You therefore agree to indemnify Flash Volunteer for any claims resulting from your content.
If you sign up for a Flash Volunteer account, you agree that we may, from time to time, communicate with you either through the site or through email. We won’t abuse this power. We promise. You can edit your communications preferences on your profile page.
Only parties who have explicitly been granted event creation privileges may create new events. Such parties may create any event as long as it is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, spam, commercial solicitation or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such events. We will not regularly screen posted events, but please notify us of potentially inappropriate events by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
FV does not discriminate against persons or groups on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, marital status, or military veteran status, as is defined by law.
